We Are Currently Hiring For:
Speech Language Pathologist (CCC-SLP or CF)
QUALIFICATIONS
- Minimum of a Master’s Degree as a Speech-Language Pathologist from an Educational Services Board approved (American Speech-Language-Hearing Association-ASHA) university program is required
- Must be CCC-SLP certified from ASHA and licensed as a Speech-Language Pathologist in Georgia
- A valid US driver’s license
- Strong clinical skills in Speech/Language communication with emphasis on special needs people who may be behaviorally, neurobehaviorally, and/or developmentally disabled in addition to their communication disabilities
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience and/or training in augmentative communication, manual communication, clinical or practicum background with individuals who may be developmentally delayed, emotionally/behaviorally disturbed, cognitively challenged, autistic, or display pervasive development disorders
- CFs will be considered based on experience
RESPONSIBILITIES
- SLP will evaluate and treat patients with speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders
- General Responsibilities: The Speech-Language Pathologist is responsible for all clinical duties including identification, diagnosis and therapy of individuals with communication disorders which are appropriate to the ages and populations served
- Additional clinical duties of therapists include management of treatment delivered through direct therapeutic services, tracking information and consultative services as needed
